One of the greatest parts of the Neshoba County Fair is having lunch with friends at their cabin. This year’s fair speeches, which were lukewarm due to a slow political year, served little substance but plenty of red meat and a tater.

He also hosts a weekly statewide radio show and a television show on Mississippi Public Broadcasting and is the author of several books. Marshall is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and the 2019 recipient of the University of Tennessee Alumni Professional Achievement Award.
